NHMS 3-LAPS EVENT
If you always wanted
to take a lap on the magic mile of New Hampshire Motor Speedway,
now is your chance!
On Saturday 6/28/14
afternoon/early evening, the track will open up the speedway
(a.k.a. The Magic Mile) for SmokinStangs
Laconia event participants to take a few laps on the track...to
include the road course.
For $35, participants
may take three (3) laps around the track at a maximum speed of
70 mph. The laps will be paced by NHMS pace cars & staff.

Laconia" is offering you this rare opportunity! It will truly be
a thrilling & memorable experience for people who choose to
participate in this event!
is a crowd favorite of the SmokinStangs Laconia Rally, but rest
assured every car, driver interested in participating will be
getting n the track! We will run as long as it takes to
get every car in, even into the night. Registration
will take place on site and paid participants will be furnished
wrist bands for this event.
The track laps are limited to passenger vehicles only; no
motorcycles. No passing of other vehicles will be allowed at any
time. The driver of the vehicle must be 18 years of age and all
participants will need to sign a waiver before driving on the
track. Seatbelts must be on at all times. Headlights must be
fully functional, as this may carry into the evening. Laps will
take place rain or shine. In the extremely rare case of a date
cancellation due to extreme weather or safety conditions,
SmokinStangs Laconia will contact all registered participants in
advance on their visit.

The speedway, which opened in 1990 and hosts two NASCAR Sprint
Cup Series events each year, is located about one hour north of
Boston in Loudon, N.H. According to the latest census numbers,
the population within 200 miles of the speedway is more than 18
million people. The venue is easily accessible via Interstate
highways from all metro areas in the northeastern United States
and eastern Canada.
Located on approximately 1,100
acres, the multi-use complex is the largest sports facility in
New England and features a 1.058-mile oval speedway, with a
total capacity for 105,491 spectators, and a 1.6-mile road
The speedway hosts the only NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, NASCAR
Nationwide Series, and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events
held in the six-state New England region. Both NASCAR Sprint Cup

series, including the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, the NASCAR
Whelen Modified Tour, and the American-Canadian Tour. Amateur
series events are sanctioned by the Sports Car Club of America,
Loudon RoadRace Series, Vintage Racer Group, U.S. Classic Racing
Association, and the World Karting Association. Racing schools
are conducted throughout the year by the Richard Petty Driving
Experience and Penguin School.
